I've been calling for a square off between the top British middleweights for the last couple of years. However, from what I gather, unelss he ducks him, Murray is in line for the winner of GGG-Stevens, and Barker is looking to face Sturm or Geale again.Quote:

All of those fights sound great. I think Macklin beats Lee. Barker beats Sturm. GGG beats Stevens and then Murray but Murray would drag him into the middle/late rounds whereas Stevens is an early KO waiting to happen.Quote:

Same. I lose track of who is with who in Britain as far as promoters go or how bad the squabbles are but if someone was smart they would take a page out of Kings notebook and do a tourney. Not one of those 4 round gags. Obviously it would be great to do another unification tourney but the chances these days of that are slim to none and slim vanished. I can see Barker trying to make the most cash possible though and who can blame him.Quote:

I personally think barker is the pick of the bunch, he's a level above the rest of them, so he should fight the best out there and make the most money he can before he retires.
Let the other domestic level middleweights fight each other.
