Why is Karim Mayfield not getting bigger fights these days? Seems to be a good fighter... reminds me of Zahir Raheem at this stage.
So, if he ready for a huge step up? Can he add some excitement to the mix?

He looks like a KO waiting to happen, his feet are all over the place and he hangs his chin out to dry. I haven't ever seen him fight though.
Mayfield is one of the most unwatchable fighters out there..
Simply put, he aint that good and all those guys listed would beat the dogshit out of him.
He belongs in the ring with the likes of Mike Dallas and some other C level fighters on ESPN..
A lot of guys are tainted by ESPN these days. It seems as if you are a prospect and don't start off on the HBO/Showtime, you are regarded as chicken spit. A lot of good fighters started off on ESPN and got better...
I wouldn't mind seeing him fight.
