What are u into.. u enjoy watching americans driving in circles and circles or real racing in F1?
Formula One. By a long way.
Nascar. Rubbings racing.
Both are boring and I could never sit and watch a full race. I prefer the animation film Cars.
I often will watch the first 50 laps, take a nap and then watch the last 50. I'll say this though, attending a race is a lot of fun and a unique event. If you get a chance to go to a night race at Daytona or Talladega I'd highly recommend it. That is a special piece of Americana culture you won't see many other places.

While watching Nascar you see the whole track, accidents, and the proper start up, and often have some burn out shows and other stuff. not that fun watching on a tv as f1 tho!
