Mendez is good. Garcia is very good. Garcia by late stoppage
Looks like deal is almost made between Top Rank and Banner promotion who handles Juan Carlos Burgos.
Ive been high on Burgos for awhile and I think he's capable of testing Garcia..
Burgos will be another good test but I see it as another easy win for Garcia
Mendez would be more competitive imo but I still see Garcia winning clearly
