In The Gladiator, Joaquin Phoenix did much better acting job than Crowe
From the very first time I watched this film, I was drawn to phoenix's portrayal of Commodus and I thought he stold the show.. it reminded me of Daniel Craigs character in Road to Perdition... both of these guys pulled off their characters to a tee!
What do you think about Joaquin Phoenix in Gladiator?

If I'm not mistaken, Commodus wanted to bang his own sister also.

Crowe played a stoic general and Phoenix played a psychotic Ceaser. Not a big stretch for Phoenix.;D

Achilles (Brad Pitt) was indestructible, except for the Achilles. :)
