Fighters are deliberately ducking Bermaine Stiverne
B WARE is the Next HW Champ. If he gets the chance........
Re: Fighters are deliberately ducking Bermaine Stiverne
I haven't really seen to much of him but I will watch this space.
Re: Fighters are deliberately ducking Bermaine Stiverne
He is a very good HW prospect and would not be surprised should he become WBC champ. (I would be surprised if he became unified champ with Wladimir around though)
Re: Fighters are deliberately ducking Bermaine Stiverne
He has quick hands but a plodder who is easy to hit and to be honest when you look at his record its pretty average. In other words, a heavyweight version of Andre Berto;)
Knocked out by Demetrice King and taken to a draw by Charles Davis! As much shit as Fury gets he would have steamrolled those two!
Fury won a debatable decision against McDermott but don't forget, McDermott was the English heavyweight title holder and Fury fought him just 8 months after turning pro! He also gave him a rematch just 3 months later and knocked him out!
Stiverne doesn't seem to mind those blemishes and the questions about certain fighters being too much for him and never rematched them. S you could say Stiverne is avoiding Demetrice King.....
Re: Fighters are deliberately ducking Bermaine Stiverne
He was getting outboxed by Ray Austin......no he's not being "ducked" you dope

Re: Fighters are deliberately ducking Bermaine Stiverne
We should not be saying that Vitali is "ducking" Stiverne if that was the implication of this thread. Vitali is in his 40's, has been injured and not fought in ages, is visibly declined in his last fights and SHOULD retire imo with his record and legacy intact and untarnished. If he beats Stiverne there would be another challenger and then he would face the same scenario. Where does it end? I think it should end here. Let the others battle it out for the bout, then let the winner make a deserved shot at Wladimir.
Should Vitali retire I can't believe how anybody could construe this as ducking or being afraid or anything of the sort. That would be a ridiculous assessment!
Re: Fighters are deliberately ducking Bermaine Stiverne
I think stiverne and vitali cannot agree on a fight due to the don king fiasco once that is sorted out it'll be on.

How was I wrong?
He was fed Arreola for A title not THE title. Arreola who he has already beaten!
My opinion was formed after the first fight "bitch".
Who doesn't beat Arreola?;D
Maybe he can make his first defence against Demetrice King and avenge that loss?
