He tripped and fell in his kitchen and hit his head on the countertop. As he lay there motionless with his mouth open, the impact of him hitting the countertop caused his friend's amphetamine tablets to fall over (and said friend hadn't screwed the top on properly) leaving the bottle rolling before the tablets fell into the open, unconscious mouth of Kenny Anderson.
