I've read recently that Andrei Chervorenko and Vasili Romanov played a role in developing Cuba's boxing program after Cuba became communist. Can anyone tell me anymore about this history or point me to articles on it? Thanks in advance.

Thanks @IamInuit - I was pretty sure Andrei Chervorenko was one of the boxing masters behind the system. Allegedly, the Soviet Union required him to return after his system in Cuba started doing better than Russian boxing.Quote:
