while i do place blame on both sides for the fight not happening, pac is very lucky that it didnt because mayweather would have dominated him during pac's "invinsible" years. now, pac isnt known as invinsible so this fight can make him a lot of money and he doesnt have much to lose but a ton to gain.
Would have been better as an actual fight when it mattered than some Highschool pissing contest :p
