He's already said a few times he has no interest in fighting floyd again, he knows he can't beat him and he doesn't need the money so what's the point.
JMm is put on a pedestal that he is not interested in money, of course he is. He wants big money to fight Manny, he wants to avenge his defeat against Bradley.
