Rob McCracken probably as he guided our Olympians to a very good Olympics. Plus he has guided Froch to where he is.

The Tibbs certainly know a thing or two but whether you like his methods or not Joe Gallagher has a huge sustained sucess rate amongst a big stable of fighters so I pick him at this moment.
