Eddie Bravo vs Royler Gracie
Re: Eddie Bravo vs Royler Gracie
It was an entertaining match. I'm not a big follower of pure grappling, I love the art and technique but I can't be bothered to actually watch stuff like ADCC.

i get moody sometimes, meaning i'm fan of pure technique, in ufc/mma/adcc - sometimes instead of seeing 2 guys hugging each other, i see they are trying to wear each other down to find the opening/mistake opponent makes and fighter capitalizes and goes for a sub
but yeah, sometimes, it's just 2 guys hugging each other rolling on the ground. lucky in ufc ref will step in and stand them up

Re: Eddie Bravo vs Royler Gracie
Is royce gracie the guy who just lays on the canvas the whole time instead of fighting ?
Wow, like words cant describe how boring this guy is. It's downright dreadful to watch him just lay there.
He makes john ruiz and andre ward look hella exciting..
Im pretty sure any fighter with the last name gracie couldnt be any different..
God jujitsu is boring..
Re: Eddie Bravo vs Royler Gracie
Not sure if it's Royce you are thinking about, he was in the early UFC's and at the time, they had no weight classes, so he often fought opponents who outweighed him by 20+ lbs
So to his credit, I kind of get why it seemed like he laid there, but he had an active 'guard' and trying for the sweep/reversal but yeah, he had long matches vs Dan Severn and Ken Shamrock (Superfight - ended a draw, but Ken messed up Royce's face and Royce couldn't do anything to Ken)
