Starting up a boxing gym!

Hello, I might open a new boxing gym in my area, because the one we have here is shit, but we're going to make it private just between some friends and me.
I got a location, i got most of the equipment!

3x heavy bags
2x mits
5x Jump ropes,
Double end bags
2x speed bags
Some pull ups bars

Building a own ring, just buying them ropes!

Something else i would need?

The DVDS are amazing! Nah its just a private one mainly for me and some friends who box, we got this location for 200 dollar a month which is really cheap! So we're a few friends sharing it! Nobody more then me knows about the dvds, they are in safe hands! hidden under my bed !

Sweden you say, you need hot blonds in Saunas, it is compulsory and probably the law over there for the gym. :)
