Friday nights are becoming fight nights...

Moreso than they were in the past. Typically, you have Fox during the week- no one really bothered to watch- and then you had ESPN on Friday night.

But, now, you have Showtime and HBO putting up Friday night cards- I love it. Friday nights are becoming that "other night" aside from Saturday for fights.

Soon, and I mean real soon, championship fights will be a staple on Friday nights... it's getting there.

Fridays are a tough night to score viewers though. Ask American Football ( which basically has every other day of the week ) how Friday treats them! It's the only day of the week you can't find a game during the season. Friday is an impossible market to crack.

Yes, last night was a good night. Followed by this evening which will be excellent. Good to see boxing getting a spark under its ads.
