Is it generaly accepted that Terry Marsh did shoot Warren?

I know he was cleared but does everybody think it was Marsh that did it?

Is anybody else in the frame?

Warren says he definantly knows who did it. Warren had a lot of enemies.

It seems no other names have been put forward as a possible suspect.
