Ideally? The same thing anyone else would, beat someone who is ranked highly and look good doing it. He has arguably never done that in his entire career though, and he's probably made a few good paydays as is. I heard he was fighting Lepai in Australia:p That makes sense for both.

Honestly he has been where he is going. The guy has only beat 1 top ten fighter in his entire career, and it took a last minute brick from a dark alley to do it. I hope he does fight a live body but don't think he will.

88mph in a delorian? The guys already had a few shots. The only reason he's even considered at this point after his rebound from the bottom is because the heavy weight division is so dead... But everyone step aside because Briggs is serious this time.... No offense of course to the original poster, I just think Briggs is another has been who's long on words and short on memory...

People hating on Shannon's fights right now, but why? He has always had tune up fights, especially later his career.
He had like 4 fights in afew months on the lead up to the Vitali fight. Including 3 fights in 5 weeks.
I respect him for doing it, staying busy and getting on with it.
The thing to remember is, he's not promoting these fights as huge amazing spectacles, he knows what they are and he keep quiet about it.

Briggs just needs to keep busy, active and shouting his mouth off at Wlad's pess conferences and he will meet the WBC winner instead.

I don't recall Briggs career well because he's been irrelevant for the great majority of time but my recollection was that Briggs looked absolute shit in that fight up until the KO. Am I remembering this wrong?
You are right. That fight was truly awful and I wanted to kill myself. The best bit was that 1 second when they tried to make an effort.
