the martinez rehabd thread

If youre not a martinez fan stay out of here. Was sad to see my second favorite boxer get decimated like that. I stopped watching after the 7th or something, I knew he had slipped but daaaam didnt realize how far, we should have known he was done from the murray fight but i guess i had some hope left. No idea what was said in the post fight interviews but I hope this is the last time martinez laced em professionally, its been fun and a privilege watching him the last few years, but i guess father time catches us all sooner or later...

I am shocked when I read the report that he lost.

shortly before the fight i posted it was a pick em to me, which three years ago i would have thought this would be a joke of a fight but martinez legs were gone from the get go, probaby havent been there in the last year or two. it was sad to watch honestly. I just wish he had gone out to a true middle...hope i dont have to watch jmm go out like this but probably will

not just his knees but chin to, im not sure cotto lands those hooks on a prime martinez, i am even less sure they knock a prime martinez down three times, i mean for fucks sake pavlik only managed to floor him once in their whole fight and he was a monster puncher at 160, sergio was just shot to shit in every regard...

It was sad to watch a guy who once would have game Pac and Floyd a run for it lose like that.

I would be more annoyed if Floyd or Pac Man beat Cotto next and they claim the middleweight title.
