Good shwoing very good composure and good jab. Footwork needs to improve and hold the fighter when they come in like mad men and tie them up.

cheers guys, boxing a lot better now as well that the weight is going off and sparring with some good fighters and getting decent rounds in. Hoping to get down to lightheavyweight in the not too distant future. I don't really like fighting all of these older guys who are too heavy for me. But doing the gardening all day and training in the night is really helping the weight fly off, feeling a lot stronger too.
Well done you look professional in that ring. Do not worry about the opponent, do you think Joshua worries about how poor they are? It is all good learning for you and look how much you have improved.
Did I mention I could have been a boxer but I kept of getting distracted by the ring card girl?
