Yes he had to take 3 counts before he was charged with assault .
It seems it's true he's been arrested in Bolton, Sky news more to follow.

I would like to know more details before attacking him. The UK is a very easy place to get arrested in and I imagine Khan gets a lot of abuse. However, if I was in his position I wouldn't allow myself to be put into an uncompromising public situation with anyone. We need to know more about it before blaming anyone completely.
I hope he didn't forget his defense and get tagged.
