Second fight is an old one, fought in LA, vs Doug Demmings. I had to buy this fight to see it years ago. The wonders of youtube. The one I bought was better quality. Note what Dundee says about the feet of Demmings. My friend knew Demmings a bit, which is why I bought the fight.

Noticed Hagler was less musclebound against Demmings.

Hard not to love Hagler. Underrated boxing skill, brutal power, cast-iron jaw and a converted, right handed southpaw so his sledgehammer jabs were more like straight rights. One of boxing's most brutal destroyers.

My favorite Hagler moment, even moreso than the Hearns fight, was him knocking out Hamani on the ropes so bad and knocking his lifeless body out of the ring. Nasty stuff.

My favorite part of that Hagler/Hamani clip,,,,the only men in the ring were cornermen, fighters, ref and announcer. A beautiful thing.
