It was 100% pure boiling butter sauce. Yes a bit fatty. It went to the bottom of the dish, and the bread underneath the meat soaked most of it up. I ate a few pieces of that bread, though, well-soaked in hot butter with lamb fat drenching it all a bit. Yeah, Im on a diet :rolleyes:Quote:
