What i you guys think the PPv numbers would look like?
I thought he might do over a mill due to the fact that people out there thought Maidana won and it was close the first time around.
People are stupid. Maidana was limited and did not deserve a second shot. It wasted a Floyd fight against a decent and better fighter.

Maidana has a huge fanbase and because the first fight was close he'd have won a lot of new fans who genuinely believed he could take Floyds O.
I can see those figures being real, the undercard or lack of it means fuck all.
People will pay when they think there's a real chance Floyd will lose.
The guys got more haters than fans but they will still pay the ppv fee.
Very good numbers considering the undercard was very weak and maidana had zero chance of winning.
I'm surprised it did that many. Maidana, even in making it a close fight the first time, never came close to hurting Mayweather or landing clean with any consistency. It was an ugly fight in which Floyd figured him out in the mid rounds.
It also had a shit undercard compared to the first fight.

The only reason to watch a Mayweather fight anymore is to see if he loses. Mayweather is not entertaining, he doesn't have a killer instinct to hurt guys, he shuts you down and potshots to win.
