Roc Nation offers Wilder career money to fight Stiverne
For all the people thinking somehow it was Stiverne holding this up.

Boy, do I hate promoters.
Re: Roc Nation offers Wilder career money to fight Stiverne
His last 10 and people think the Kazak is a hypejob.
Owen Beck -not ranked
Manswell- #281
McCreary-#481
Price-#118
Greer-#288
Harrison-#NR but was about #85 at the time
Liakhovich -#134
Firtha-#76
Scott-#47 was #65 when the fought
Gavern-#99
= #1 Contender and mandatory status. A real sound system we got here.
Then when he gets the shot he crawls under a rock. Stiverne needs to fight Wlad and make 10 mil and tell this artificial construct to piss up a rope. Whats Wilder waiting for, step aside money? Make it so Wlad.
Re: Roc Nation offers Wilder career money to fight Stiverne
Stiverne should fight Jennings. He actually beat a top 10 heavy to earn his rank.
Wilder needs to piss or get off the pot. Still.
Re: Roc Nation offers Wilder career money to fight Stiverne
Come on, it's obviously not Wilder's fault. His last payday was $50k, as if he would be stalling at $2m and a title shot. Haymon clearly doesn't want Roc Nation sticking their snout in the boxing bizzz

This.
Same thing happened with Quillin. Quillin was paid off by Haymon though.
I imagine he'll pay off Wilder too.

Wording in Haymons slave contract

“During the Term of this Agreement, ATHLETE agrees to render services solely and exclusively for ADVISOR and agrees that he will not take part in or negotiate for any professional boxing contest whatsoever without first obtaining the written approval of ADVISOR."
So we have a bogus mandatory challenger that cant even challenge. Why bother to even rush the guy up the rankings?

That's the Veto Clause, my friend. Where did you find that? Haymon can veto any fight. Did you also know that in Haymon's contract with Wilder and Guerrero that they were to be promoted by Golden Boy, but if Shaeffer left, Golden Boy ceased to promote them?

I got a feeling this fight will not happen.
Stiverne is not better than a Brewster on his day.

Al Haymon's selfishness is damaging the sport of boxing by preventing such interesting fights from happening.
