Does anybody know anything about this guy? is he strict, lenient? does he let excessive holding go? does he allow much inside fighting?
I'm really interested to know because I think it's the single most important thing to consider when picking a winner for this fight.

Looking at the first few rounds.. he seemed to be fair. Kept the action going. Called the fouls. All in all I think he might be better news for Kovalev than Hopkins. Of course no one knows how he will react to a veteran fight like Hopkins trying to work him ..
