Do you ever get a pain in your chest area that feels like it might be a heart attack?

After you punch the air full force?

Its obviously not my heart, since the nerves for the heart are in the centre of the chest not to the side, but point is I get quite extreme pain to the side of my chest esp on my power side (left)

Does anyone else get this?

Had a Dr check up lately im perfectly fine.

You think you may have torn some connective tissue off a rib or lung sack? A small tear gives you hell for a long time if you keep over extending.
