So in essence. The Wbo sanctions a fight between its 140 champ and their 147 champ for the 147 belt. The Wbo 147 title holder is allowed to tell the challenger for his crown that he cannot weigh more then 144. Fight remains sanctioned. The 144 errrrrrr 147 champion then wins and they strip the loser of his 140 title.
I guess Manny really is moving down and now they need a belt for him
