Its going to be Pascal v Kovalev in Quebec.
I'm not saying Jean will beat him but he's got a great chin and is going to land on Kovalev from some of those odd angles.

I fear for any one facing Kovalev he really hurt Hopkins, and Hopkins was lucky to go the full 12 rounds, Pascal will try but Kovalev is a monster puncher it's a big ask for Jean this fight.

Sweet! Don't give Pascal much of a chance at all, even if he came in much better form than he's shown lately and threw a lot, I think Kovalev is a much better boxer and would pick him apart. Pascal is tough and can punch himself though, he's as live as anyone in with Kovalev imo. Stevenson is pretty much watching his career pass by if he doesn't get a big fight sometime soon, but maybe he doesn't want any of Kovalev. I don't know that I'd give him any more of a chance than I do Pascal.

Yeah what's up with that, Stevenson has been very quiet. I don't blame him for not wanting to get in the ring g with Kovalev but in general he's been very quiet.

I dunno, maybe it's being harsh on the guy. With him getting hurt pretty bad against Fonfara, not really calling anyone out since, and the way Kovalev has been looking lately, Stevenson may not be in the running so much. He's already 38 or so, now would be the time to seek big fights.
Re: Its going to be Pascal v Kovalev in Quebec.
is kovalev fighting all of the fighters that stevenson is ducking? first bhop now pascal. haha.
pascal is a solid opponent. he has a great chin so i expect it to go the distance but kovalev is on another level. pascal will have his moments but in the end, kovalev wins easily.

will be an interesting fight

I really like Pascal - one of my faves - but he has shown continual stamina problems in the past so I don't expect him to reach the end in good shape if it goes 12.
What he does have is a good chin, power and angles - I'd like to actually see him go for the kill in the first 4 rounds - what a statement that would be if he pulled it off lol.
A short war would give him better odds than slugging it out over 12 imo
