Need help, im getting many different feelings from my hips, which is the right one?
Nearly every cue I use produces different results, different feelings, different speed different power.
I put the ciggerette out as one cue.
I turn the heel out for another cue
I pretend theres a fist on my hip and I try to punch with my hip as a cue
I turn the knee in as a cue
Many different cues. Problem is they all produce different levels of power and speed and different feelings in my hip, so I don't know which way is the right way!?
Do you?

Does your coach?
People react to cues differently. It's impossible to tell which one you need with no visual because none of us know what problems need to be solved. There are a ton of things that can go wrong with a punch. Take a straight right for example. The lead foot can be pointed in the wrong spot, back foot can be too far behind, knees bent too little or too much, same with hips, you can be leaning forward or to the side, your elbow can flare, your head can look away, your shoulders can be too tense, your fist alignment can be wrong, your entire starting position in the first place could be wrong, you could be not rotating properly...way too many factors and potential issues.
You're also probably overthinking it. Past a certain point you shouldn't need a cue, just throw the damn punch.
