How do I attach my new speed bag to my new swivel?

Ok... this may be a really dumb question, but it's driving me crazy.

I just bought a brand new speed bag and a new swivel.... but I can't figure out how to attach them to each other! Does the swivel come apart or something so I can attach the bag to it? Am I missing a part? Do I just need an "S" hook or something? I have no clue what to do!

What kind of swivel is it?
If you buy a swivel all the parts you need should come with it, i dont see why the wouldnt cuz there all put together you might juss get screws with it or sumthin. But yea what type of swivel is it?
