There is more or less the same post circulating over the internet about early Tyson NOT lifting weights except doing shrugs with kettlebell / barbell??
Can anybody provide me with an adecvate and reliable source of this info?
I read somewhere Tyson interview before Bruno fight, where he seemed to talk about it.
