Why are you surprised Mayweather is STILL making every excuse possible not to have to risk his 0 against one of the men he is scared will take that fake 0 he is so proud of. He has ducked Paquaio for years now like he ducked Antonio Margarito back in the day.
As far as I;m concerned Mayweather is not a boxer he is merely a prima donna all smoke & mirrors. Anywhere but Vegas & he'd already have 2 losses on his record any way
