Clenbuterol - does it work for weight loss and fast fat burning?

I never post in here but do have this question, a friend is off the Cancun in Mexico soon where Clenbuterol can be bought over the counter but i'm wondering if anyone knows if it does what people claim where you can burn off fat super fast.

I have taken it a few times before and was shaking like a Rolph Harris in Mothercare ;D

I've head loads of Hollywood stars use it to loose weight but does it work as well as claimed when taken regularly hand in hand with gym/aerobic lessons.

And NO i don't do Aerobics ;)

Clenbuterol works, you will need to just find good source. Not sure of the Mexican clen is ok. I know people buy from internet, overseas stuff.
