I want to say I'm sorry to all my fans! I lost tonight, and I felt like I could've won this fight. I almost had him, but the fight happened the way it happened. A lot of respect for Lucas, he was the better fighter tonight. One more fight in my career when I did my doping test I had black urine, the first one was against Tim Bradley.. I hope everybody saw what they expected from this fight..

I was curious about this. It could just be really dark blood, but I remember Stiverne saying he had Rhabdomyolosis, meaning his muscles were deteriorating, after the Wilder fight and his pee was also black.

Saw this, it's sickening but don't jump to the "his team should be looking out for him" thing just yet, what do you expect them to do? His style is going to see him take a shitload of punishment, no way around that at world level. Considering the guys background, and that this is only the 2nd truly brutal fight he's been in(that I'm aware of), it's a bit much to suggest he shouldn't keep making good money. Not to mention, what boxing fan doesn't want to see this maniac keep at it:D

Don't blame his team, I'm sure many a fighter has pissed black, brown, and all the colours of the rainbow over the years. We just didn't have instagram to show us.

This is why when fighters get robbed it upsets me.... severely... it has to be one of the coldest and callous acts of humanity.

at times you could say it was sickening, a tough SOB or just maybe to tough for his own good.!
It's a tough call though because Provodnikov was seemingly always in the fight, he rocked Lucas pretty bad with that left hook in the 11th, and he won the 12th I believe.
