Heads up for those that "stream" the fight
2 have already been shut down and loads more sites are expected to be "attacked" during the fight!
I don't need to stream fights anymore but when I was using a very high quality site that is still going I was actually watching a Floyd fight and the site was attacked around the 8th round and I missed out.
I don't know what sites have permission to stream Pac v Floyd live but it's a big risk if it's not an official oneπ

HBO and Showtime are scumbags. I will be listening to it on radio for free.
Re: Heads up for those that "stream" the fight
hacked amazon fire stick, or various websites.
Re: Heads up for those that "stream" the fight
Gentleman relax. Only an idiot posts a link to a fight of this magnitude days before it airs. They deserve to get busted. Most quality sites wont even post a normal Saturday until a couple of hours prior to the event.
Re: Heads up for those that "stream" the fight
This is killing me..looking at the screen right now $99.99 :o about $110.00 after fees and tax
THIS is what's ruining boxing. The day I spend that to watch two divas fighting a fight 5 years too late I deserve to be flogged.

Fuck that id be chewing my fingers nails off worrying and I'd imagine a lot of these sites will crash with so much web traffic pilling onto their servers in a 2-3 hour window... Then the quality will be shit as more and more people drain the servers just like Justin TV used to.
There's one site that's 99% solid with powerful servers for members only but it's the same site that was attacked and froze during Mayweather v The Ghost. π
Thats my biggest worry on some of my go to sites. Bandwidth. I'm almost tempted to pay the 100 bucks. Almost. This should be available by my remote through cable at the last minute but some sites are fairly closed with guys taking it direct so I have faith.

Their lawyers will be all over this one π
I don't promote illegal streaming and never will. I will watch the fight at the local casino where they are showing it in the main dining room for free. The near by PPV I've been able to locate are sold out.
CBS & HBO's tactics regarding this fight are transparent. They put out the press release of going after pirates intent to illegally stream the fight for free and throw out the warning to try and coerce anyone planning to watch a stream into buying the PPV. I'm sure the regular stream patrol and probably a few more extras will be out in force trying to bring the streams down. But what's the point. Even if they spend extra money but it won't create a dime of additional revenue. People who aren't going to buy it won't buy it anyway. They will just be disappointed because their stream site was closed down.
Hollywood has been trying to stamp out piracy since VHS and hasn't succeeded yet. There are so many people interested in this fight, my guess is there will be plenty of streams come fight time. Then if you keep an eye out, you can probably get a video straight off youtube within an hour of the final bell.
