Why the double standard?

Before I start I'd like to say that I'm not hating on Pac, I love the guy but he's a bit of a simpleton and does and says whatever he's told by Bob Arum. He's a grown ass man and congressman but is treated like a child by the public.
So that leads to the point of my thread that when it comes to Pac there's always a double standard. Especially after this fight with the pathetic excuses and people feel sorry for him and believe he won the fight but if that was Floyd or any other fighter they would get hanged. Then you have Max Kellerman getting flack for his interview (which was a little persistent) but everyone was happy when he did it to Bradley after Pac v Bradley 1. I don't think any fighter would get excused for the shit Pac does and I don't get why. He's portrayed as a saint, which he clearly isn't.
Floyd beat ODLH, Oscar got old. Pac beat a zombie 19 months later and that's his shinning moment :confused:
Floyd moves and avoids pac's punches, he's running. Pac moved in that fight, no one sees it. Pac moved against Morrales in their first fight and no one called it running (nothing wrong with him moving, I'm just saying). Pac doesn't perform against Floyd but Floyd is getting the grief for doing his job and nullifying Pac. :confused:

Can someone explain to me why there are countless double standards when it comes to pac?
All I have come up with so far is that we are a generation of blind sheep that will believe whatever we are told and can no longer look and think for ourselves.

Maybe I am being a little pedantic and should ignore the idiots and the casual fans who will forget by next week. But I can't because this is the sport I love and it is so big right now that I will have to educate some of the casuals I come across during the week that were expecting Rocky 1.

Mayweather could have put Manny on his arse several times and really bust him up but it still wouldn't be enough, people just cant see past their hatred for him.

I have already said on here that I am glad that Mayweather won but I like Manny and if he would have won I would have been equally as happy for him, I'm not a fan boy of either of the fighters I just happen to prefer Mayweather that little bit more.

I didn't see max's interview, but I saw the way Manny fought and it was obvious to me he was following the corners and fight plan to box Floyd point game. Problem was they were not self aware. Some people can't accept the situation when they are out of sync with the rest of the world. Bradley was appeared to be that way in their first fight. I didn't see Manny's interview either but it makes sense if he thought he was out pointing Floyd because of the crowd. Same as his fight with Bradley reacting to the crowd while Bradley is throwing ineffective punches and the judges counting them. If your not so selective in what you hear people saying you won't hear a double standard. Manny lost in the ring, and when he watches it he'll see clearly that he fucked up.

If he really believed he won the fight he wouldn't look confused and baffled when he was being interviewed. Him and his team are making shit up to cover their embarrassing performance. Now switch their roles and think if Floyd did that what would we be saying? He would get executed publicly, so there definitely is a double standard. And there are many more examples through out his career. Not to mention the excuses he comes up with rather than give his opponent credit. He's the so called humble guy who can't give credit every time he's lost or even when he has won.

Also you say they weren't self aware? Fighter of the decade and 7 time trainer of the year buy into the crowd and hype and lose touch with reality is what you're saying? What a joke. The fact that you're defending the sore loser shows a double standard in itself. No other fighter would get such leeway.

Let's face it, Manny got comfortably beaten by a guy who threw precious little besides a few jabs with nothing behind them and an occasional straight right. It's kind of embarrassing and frustrating for Manny and his fans.

I think people dislike Mayweather because he wins easily, but without really seeming to extend himself or trying to put on a show. He's in there to win and under no obligation to entertain or put on a show, but it's not going to please those who want to see a good dust up.

He's very good at what he does, but his style will always divide opinion.

Sure it's a double standard; that's life.

That is exactly what would happen to you if you thought you won and other people told you lost. Confused. I'm not defending the guy. Not everyone has the presents of mind in the heat of the moment. Freddy has obvious issues. The crowd can influence you. You have to experience it to actually get it. I'm not saying he believes, is lying or otherwise. I'm just saying perception is subjective. I'm offering you an alternative to the double standard you think is going going on.

Not only double standard but attitudes reflect how others will react to you. People like the Manny story and how he comes a cross. Floyd has done excellent selling tickets the way he comes a cross but people are less inclined to give him breaks because of it. It's simple mathematics, if I'm a prick to those around me, I'm going to get treated like a prick, deservedly so. May has nothing to complain about, he has been well rewarded throughout his career.

Fair enough

Pac is tad overrated really i mean he is atg and all but people pump the guy up to much. Look at his fights with Jmm through out his career he never really won them clearly and got knocked out. Yet Mayweather who makes Jmm defense look shit is a person that Pac going to own it is just nuts. If Mayweathers jabs have nothing on it why is it that he stops people in there trackes his movement made it look like pac was standing still. The speed difference was unreal like pac was in slow motion trying to hit a man going at the speed of light through 400 puches and landed at 19 percent. The fact that Pac gets all thsi credit for beating Oscar, Shane and Margarito when he did was bullshit because all of them were shot yet no one gives a shit and yea the double standard is kinda of annoying at times but o well.

It's simple, he smiles. People are suckers for a smile. Look at Shane Mosley, he talks nice and smiles but he's a PEDS cheat and he insulted the whole sport by getting in the ring and calling a guy out after a fight. Everyone knows you let a man enjoy his victory. That is scummy in the worst way but Shane is liked.

Or Holyfield, another PED cheat but people think he is a warrior even though any man with true courage would never be so slimy.

Add that people are so shockingly stupid about religion. If you smile and you thank God people's brains just shut off "Gosh, what a nice fella"

Floyd smiles but most ordinary people want to give him a smack in the mouth.
