Sad to see him end up like this, I was a big fan of his back in the day.
The guy doesn't look too bad (considering the potential damage a guy like Taylor could do to an ordinary citizen), but still... he's really fallen apart.

Taylor always reacted so badly to being hurt, plus he had that brain bleeding after the Abraham fight. If anyone remembers Margaret Goodman, the redhead doctor who was in so many big fights, she wrote about how bad it was that Taylor had been re licensed after bleeding on the brain and showing a disposition to hemorrhages, it's not just about the amount of punches he had taken.
Yeah it's all about the individual. George Chuvalo got bombed on by Ali twice, Frazier twice, Foreman, Quarry, Patterson, almost 100 fight career and at 77 he's as sharp as he ever was. Lamotta was the same way.
Then you got the Quarry brothers who needed constant care in their 40s and couldn't even remember how to dress themselves.
It'll be great if they can eventually pinpoint the genetic factors that might make one guy more prone to CTE than another.
Taylor seems to be building up a violent post boxing CV. It's a shame as he always seemed a likeable, respectful fighter. It is as though there is a Jeckyll and Hyde thing going on now. Im sure he has plenty to invest and retire with, so I dont know why he is so averse to a quiet life. Surely that would have been better than a life in prison?
