Do you support building a Wall to stop illegals?

the United States government is in the process of trying to build a 2000 mile long wall along its Mexican border from California in San Diego all the way to Brownsville in Texas. the wall will be 12 feet high and two feet thick and topped with razor wire and motion detectors and CCTV cameras every 150 feet. just for your information last year in 2014 alone the United States Customs and Border Agency apprehended 1.3 million illegals trying to sneak into Texas or New Mexico or Arizona and California.
Homeland Security estimates that 91% of all of those illegals were Mexicans. The United States government estimates that only one illegal is apprehended out of every 4-5 that try to cross the border.

do you support the building of a wall to keep out illegal immigrants as well as other undesirables who may be hiding among them trying to sneak across the border such as terrorists etc?

A wall will be built with cheap Mexican labour to keep cost down.

Well at least builders will be kept busy for a few years lol

Immigration is a big issue here as it is in your countries. I think the wall would be a good start. It's at least a deterrent. The cartels and snakeheads build tunnels to smuggle drugs, humans and weapons in so no matter what you do they will find a way to beat it. Still, we can't really tackle immigration until the border is secure. We all here of Mexicans strolling a cross the border but loads of People make the journey from further down South America. They are regularly robbed, raped, beaten and killed. I don't know if knowing the US border is more secure will stop people from making this journey but it appears to me something has to be done. I'm all for letting people in the country, just do it legally.

I've just watched Jurrasic World, a wall didn't stop the dinosaurs and it won't stop the Mexicans.

Just take the UK approach, when you find them give them some state benefits and encourage them to breed so you can give them a bigger house.

What difference does it make to you anyway ? I didn't think you were planning on returning?

They cost you guys a lot of money. Luckily the most we have to worry about up here in Canada is the Chinese and other asians flying into Vancouver.
