Should you use leg drive in a right hook, like you do with a straight right?
Or should a right hook be all hip torque and no leg drive?

Without leg movement and drive, the hip doesnt move, impossible.

If you can..but most hook shots are split opportunity openings and you will find youself using upper body strength to power the shot. I'm not saying that's the correct way to throw a hook.

Power comes from the ground up, but not up but down ;D.
