Is this worth a hefty bet?
Re: Is this worth a hefty bet?
He'll have a world title before 2016 is out. He's just too good and has so much hype around him.
Re: Is this worth a hefty bet?
I would back no at those prices. Not because I don't think AJ wont be world champ - I think he's the next superstar heavyweight - but what guarantee is there he gets a shot? This year is ruled out. So by the end of next year he's a 5/6 shot against Wilder or Wlad or Fury? What if he's out through injury?

Re: Is this worth a hefty bet?
Could Wlad be stripped of one of those belts?
That's a lot of different mandatory names to fight!
If no then I see sense in betting no. Unless of course the WBF are recognised :-X

What are the odds that it rains this day next year? You Brits are crazy;D
If a belt ends up being vacant and AJ get's a shot, I think he beats everyone in the division outside of Wlad. No idea how likely that is though, so the even odds make sense to me.

I doubt it. He manages them quite nicely. I'd much rather see Wlad/Wilder for the undisputed thing. Its just ridiculous that more sports writers and influential people are not pushing hard for that. Its a sad testimony really.

Haye gets warm up, Haye beats Wilder (his ex sparring partner) Joshua beats Haye for megamoney, Vlad retires and the Brits hold HW titles for a few years. You heard it here first.
Re: Is this worth a hefty bet?
No i wouldnt touch it. He wont be anyones voluntary so hard to see him becoming mandatory by then. If it was by the end of 2017 it would be an all in job.
