I see there has been a few shots fired at the border and Kim is now rattling his saber threatening an attack. When you think about it the north has a powerful army and may be able to over run the border until international forces back it up. The thing is we seem to repeat this scenario over and over. Does the south get nervous when Kim goes this shit or do they just brush it off as same old same old.

@Gandalf, I'm serious, I want to know how the mood in South Korea gets when Kim rattles his sabre. I've spoken with friends in the military who were stationed at the dmz and they said pot shots back and forth are not uncommon. I only know what I read in the paper, curious to know what the populous thinks.
