Good fight. Id fancy Verdejo to stop Mitchell but depending on Verdejos chin it could be the other way around. I think Mitchells best days are behind him and you would think a strong prospect like Verdejo with a good amateur backround would have too much for a battle worn Mitchell.
Well he is by far the better talent. I think a fight now is 50/50 simply because where Verdejo is with his career but I'd not bet against him. I'm sure thistime next year I'd back Verdejo to win a title.
Mitchell is a geezer but he has taken a few beatings now and even at this stage should be regarded as the underdog.
That's a good fight. I'd like to see Mitchell get in the mix with the other domestic talent and earn a few good paydays before hanging em up. A Linares rematch would also be nice. I don't see these two crossing paths but I'd back Verdejo especially as his development continues.
Mitchell continues to be what he's always been. A good, decent domestic fighter. He's not a championship fighter
