Whenever I punch with my lead hand throwing jabs or hooks, etc., my left knee has started bothering me because when I kick with my leg to generate power, my knee turns inward a bit. When I try pivoting my lead foot, this seems to help.
My only question is, will this be an effective or efficient way of throwing punches with the lead hand?
I've seen some boxers pivot when throwing a left hook, but could it also work when throwing a jab?
