My new boxing shorts (picture)
It was my 25th birthday not too long ago so I decided to get these shorts. My trainer has nick named me 'machine' through all of the hard work that I've put in to get to where I am now and the way I train.
Unfortunately my grandads never got to see me box and they both were in the army and one of them boxed too. Both loved their sport and I've got both of their names on my shorts and when they were born and died as a memory to them. I know they would be proud of what I am doing with my training and how I'm doing in boxing.
Like my grandparents, I'm hoping in the not too distant future to have a career in the RAF like my grandpa Jack Seddon did. He was a pilot in world war 2 and was a film writer after that. Jack Seddon - IMDb here's a link of what some of the films he was involved in.
My other grandpa Fred Darkes was a physical training instructor in the army and that's what I want to do in the RAF. So this is half of the reason why I'm so involved in my boxing as I want to have a good Level of fitness going into the RAF.
I love these shorts though, can't wait to wear them for my big fight in Malta.

Nice tam, and nice story. Good to know the story behind your sport. I would suggest you include some mention of money on the shorts, about the billions has been taken so maybe you can use about the pounds or the quid.

Haha they weren't too expensive £80 but I like them
