Rematches don't bode well for ex-Champs
Let's take a look:
Alexis Arguello was smoked in the rematch with Aaron Pryor
Jersey Joe Walcott got smoked in the rematch with Marciano.
Jack Dempsey was shellacked and outclassed in the rematch with Gene Tunney.
Sonny Liston was smoked like a duck in the rematch with Muhammad Ali.
Floyd Patterson was smoked in the rematch with Sonny Liston.
Mike Tyson was destroyed in the rematch with Evander Holyfield.
Evander Holyfield was destroyed in the rematch with Lennox Lewis.
Larry Holmes was destroyed in the rematch with Michael Spinks.
Riddick Bowe was destroyed in the rematch with Andrew Golota.
Joe Frazier was destroyed in the rematch with George Foreman.
Floyd Patterson was destroyed in the rematch with Muhammad Ali.
Ezzard Charles was destroyed in the rematch with Rocky Marciano.
Only all time greats like Muhammad Ali and Lennox Lewis could come back from a staggering and stunning loss where they lost their championship crown and come back and win the rematch.
Wladimir Klitschko is no all time great and he will get his ass handed to him in the rematch with Tyson Fury.
History bears that out for those who will admit it.

Wladimir Klitschko will get smoked in his rematch with big Tyson Fury.
There is nothing more that Vladimir can do that he didn't try to do for those 12 rounds against Tyson Fury the first time they fought. The danger for his health at the age of 40 fighting a young man of 27 is clear. He will try to redeem himself and go for a stunning knockout yet he cannot ever get the distance on the much larger Tyson Fury. Vladimir is not a good fighter moving forward or lunging in. The problem is that is the only way he can land a straight right knockout punch at the right distance. Tyson Fury knows this and he will take a step back out of range and he will throw a massive massive uppercut and decapitate Wladimir Klitschko and knock him cold and possibly injure him in a permanent way.
And I for one would not personally want to see this.
FACT.
Idiot

What happened was the speeding truck bounced off of my Armenian nose and had a fender bender.
Plus the oh I don't know 12 or 13 examples I just gave off the top of my head to start this thread are more than enough proof that it will usually not work out for the X champ
Well my problem isn't the argument it's that you've made the decision to start an entirely new thread about the EXACT same shit you have in the other thread! Have you not fucking noticed that YET?!?!?!
Re: Rematches don't bode well for ex-Champs
History is history and Wlad needs to fight more aggressively and at a higher tempo to beat Fury. Wlad can do it but it is against his nature to fight like that. I believe Wlad believes he can perform better, maybe he thinks his calf injury was a factor. Wlad can do it.

Maybe he just had an off night.....it happens.
Re: Rematches don't bode well for ex-Champs
You could be right but Wlad can adapt and he could be more aggressive as he was in the latter half of the fight an win.
Re: Rematches don't bode well for ex-Champs
Holyfield and destroyed by Lewis were never in the same room.
