Briggs vs Wilder...who wins? and why?
Rumor has it that a fight between these two is already made! so if it happens, who wins and why?
I dunno about this one peeps. its a toss up.
Wilder hasnt looked so great twice against nobodies. i like him, but he is sloppy and seriously untested.
shannon hasnt fought anyone of note in a good while.
shannon is in great shape now though. shannon said he would fight wilder for free!
this fight interests me. if wilder boxes like he did against stiverne, and takes briggs deep, he could win. but if he gets drawn into a battle, i can see briggs stopping him. wilder gets sloppy, and one of those cannons on his jaw will take wilders stick legs away.
either way, id like to see this. anything is better than wilders last two opponents.
im gonna go on a limb and pick briggs.

Liakhovich had him tired by three.With Wilder I'd say he starts huffing and puffing by the end of the first round.
Cake walk for Wilder. Briggs supporters won't give Wilder credit for the win. Briggs won't get dropped.

I 'like' them both, too. Wilder wins, I don't think Briggs can avoid all the bombs Wilder would be throwing? Why would Briggs get a chance?

Briggs, clearly. He hasn't beat a top 10 heavy in 9 years...it was the only one of his career. He'll get paid, he'll bury Wilder in the promotion and make him look like a novice and the fight result is an afterthought.
I think its been in the works awhile with Deontay and camp pushing this "no one will fight big bad ol' me" line for sometime. The fact Briggs will even be on a major network is a win for him.

Fury sucks okay he just sucks less than we thought lol
Wilder is raw and hittable.
Both would be significant favorites over Briggs, who has a punchers chance.

Briggs hannt been hit by a world class heavyweight in a loooong time! A punchers chance? Punches have to land to have a chance and they wouldnt. Not against world class fighters!
