Interesting fight. Could well be for the "Avoided " HW championship of the World.
I have to admit, I haven't seen much of Ortiz, but These 2 could well be the actual 2 best HW's on the planet regardless of Titles.
I'm trying to resist the all chips in thinking when it comes to Ortiz. I'd watch him every day of the week and do think he is about to cause some havoc in the division. He's fought through butts and cuts, has actually taken some decent shots but on the other hand 36 yrs old is 36 yrs old, he lacks rounds and he's been popped for banned substances. This would be a go between two of the most well rounded guys in division. Tonight I say Povetkin wins but would much rather see Wilder put on his big boy pants and actually fight his mandatory and see Ortiz absolutely pulverize the "new ibf" belt warmer once that Banana republic crowns a winner.
Povetkin probably would prefer to fight Wilder than Ortiz.
