Floyd dominates. Nothing about Alexander that Floyd hasn't/hadn't seen before. Similar to the Judah fight, where Floyd took a few rounds to identify openings/vulnerabilities and then spent the next 8-9 rounds exploiting those deficiencies and dominating the fight.
Personally I think this is a complete mismatch and I'd be quite confident of Floyd winning every round.
In 2013? Mismatch. The Devon Alexander who beat Lee Purdy was almost unbeatable, I think it would look a bit like Lennox Lewis vs Julio Ceasar Chavez JR. What's next, Floyd vs Mike Arnatouis? The guy said he's TBE, not Zeus.
Definitely a "Rather watch paint dry" matchup.
I can't be the only person who is relieved that Devon is no longer a top contender and are not subjected to watching his ugly fights on the big stage.
I think Alexander vs Bradley was one of the biggest disappointments after a build up to a fight that I have ever witnessed.Quote:
