Vulcan bozGeer the Turkish minister has offered to take back up to 95000 refugees who made it to Greece in exchange for 200,000 Syrian refugees currently in the Adana, Hatay and Gaziantep areas of Turkey.
I personally visited those three cities in turkey last spring and I saw several different Syrian refugee camps up close.
