Aside from how funny the videos are I think it's great what he has done, don't forget he was a normal kid before the tourettes suddenly struck him.
Rather than being deadly serious about it he laughs with it and mocks himself and the tourettes at the same time

I just watched an interview with him and he seems like a really cool person. It's strange how you can develop something like that. Amazing.
