Does that include Alexander Brand and Paul Smith?

Not sure what "a Froch" would actually be, but..... let's just say that Kovalev would decimate Carl Froch.
Kovalev is way better than froch. It's not even close. Kovalev is a legitimate top 5 p4p who has a case for #1 even. Froch was maybe top 10 once.Quote:

I would have to look back at their opponents to make a call on that, but when you ask who had the harder rise to the top, it is 100% Kovalev. The guy was fighting for $10k a fight until 2 years ago , and even last night as Champion, he was getting half of what the challenger was.Quote:

There was a lot of hot air talked about Froch's warrior status and who he fought etc.
but let's not forget , he retired because he couldn't get the only fight he wanted , and that was Chavez Jr. In Vegas, when Chavez's reputation was at an all time low.
